We're so glad to welcome you to planDisney today. Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few days away, so let's hop right to it and get your hotel reservation details sorted.
Friends and I recently stayed at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, but unfortunately, one of our group members realized she would be unable to join us as planned a few weeks ahead of our visit. Once we knew she wouldn't be making the trip, we reached out to Cast Members with the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations team by phone to update our reservation details. They were able to remove her from the reservation (which saved us a little bit of money each night) and ensure everything was correct ahead of our arrival.
You should be able to contact the same team to update/correct the guests linked to your resort reservation. Just be sure you are connected with the appropriate guests via your
Family & Friends List before calling (
how-to instructions can be found here). You may also be able to
modify your reservation online, depending on the package type you've booked.
I recommend correcting this as quickly as possible, especially if you plan to purchase
Lightning Lane Passes together for your visit. Guests staying at eligible Disney Resorts can purchase and plan 7 days before their check-in date, so you should already be within your planning window.
