I accidentally deleted one park reservation from a 5day park hopper ticket and I cannot get through to anyone to restore it, please help!

Hiya, Elizabeth! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to us at planDisney!

It sounds like you're planning a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and I'm so excited for you! But oh, bother. I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulty adding your last Theme Park Reservation after it's been accidentally deleted. I'd love to try to help you turn this around. As my friend Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"

As you know, making Theme Park Reservations through the Disney Park Pass system is the best way to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. Elizabeth, you may want to try to make another Theme Park Reservation for the one you accidentally deleted! Take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if the park on your desired date is available. If it is, go ahead and book it! If not, your next best step would be to contact a Cast Member.

Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who are able to stretch their magic wands a little farther for us! There are a few ways you can contact a Cast Member. You can try to reach out to them using the Chat feature on your My Disney Experience app. To do this, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap the box that says Chat With Us and leave a message with a Cast Member who will respond as soon as they're able to. Pro tip: try to include as much information as you can, including any reservation confirmation numbers and people in your travel party that have been affected by the deleted Theme Park Reservation.

However, I think you will have the best experience when calling a Cast Member for this particular situation. Sometimes we just need a little added pixie dust! I know wait times on the phone can be long, so I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open up at 7:00 AM EST. Though there are no guarantees, they will be more than happy to do everything they can to make your day the BEST. DAY. EVER!

In case you aren't able to get the Theme Park Reservation you're hoping for, you can always consider upgrading your tickets to the Park Hopper Option. This will allow you to tap into the park you have a Theme Park Reservation for first, then hop over to your desired park after 2:00 PM subject to availability. In my experience, I've never had a problem hopping to another park, but you would be notified through your My Disney Experience app if any other park has reached capacity for that day.

Elizabeth, make sure you also take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app before your trip! This will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer, from checking wait times for attractions to mobile ordering food. I love knowing my meals and snacks will be ready for me before I ever feel a rumbly in my tumbly!

If you have any other questions, I hope you visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
