About Me
Ahoy there! I’m Dustin, your Disney-loving adventurer who can’t get enough of the magic both on land and at sea! Originally from Spokane, Washington, I’m now living in Ohio, where my family and I are always planning our next Disney getaway, whether that means park days, cruise days, or dreaming up the next adventure with Captain Mickey and friends. As an active-duty military member, I know how precious family time is, which is why we focus on making every Disney experience truly memorable. From spotting hidden Mickeys to creating those unforgettable moments, I’m here to help you chart a course for fun, adventure, and memories that will last well beyond the final port.
About My Family
My wife and I have been happily married for over 15 years and together for 20 magical years! We have two amazing preteens—our daughter, a Disney and anime aficionado (you’ve got to see her drawings!), and our son, a car enthusiast who’s watched the “Making the Wish” documentary more times than we can count (he’s basically a tour guide at this point!). We love exploring every Disney ship, enjoying the food, shows, deck parties, and, of course, a little bingo (shake it up, Betty!). When we’re not cruising, you can find us exploring the local parks, cheering at youth sports games, or planning our next Disney Cruise Line adventure!
About My Disney Experience
My Disney adventure started in 2004 when my high school band had the chance to perform at Disneyland Resort. As a percussionist, I loved seeing the Disney magic through the eyes of families enjoying the park as we marched by. But it wasn’t until 2019 that my family and I truly caught the Disney bug while on our first sailing aboard the Dream. Right after that unforgettable cruise, we headed straight to Walt Disney World Resort, where the magic continued to hook both our kids and us. Even after recently relocating to Ohio, we remain proud Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and always find our way back to the parks. That said, our hearts belong to Disney Cruise Line. We are Platinum Castaway Club members and have sailed most of the fleet, including the Treasure and the Destiny. We still have our sights set on the Wonder and Adventure, with plans to sail the Wonder to Alaska in 2027 and hopes of stepping aboard the Adventure sometime in the near future.
