¡
Qué onda, Emmanuel! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question. I love it when other Mexicans come stop by to say hi!
I wish I could tell you otherwise, but unfortunately,
Disneyland Resort tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. In addition to this, tickets may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for goods, services, or benefits. Since the
Disneyland Resort and the
Walt Disney World Resort are completely separate entities, I'm afraid that you won't be able to exchange your original tickets for Walt Disney World tickets either.
Emmanuel, I know this isn't what you were expecting to read when you came to us with your question. However, not everything is bad news! Your tickets will retain their value, so the amount that you paid for them may be applied towards the purchase of new Theme Park tickets at their current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original tickets.
Sadly, this means that you'll need to
purchase new Theme Park tickets to enter
Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort later this month. Make sure to check twice to make sure that you're purchasing your tickets from the correct website, or better yet,
call the number for Latin American Guests so that a friendly Cast Member can help you out with the transaction. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us with any other questions you might have in English
o en español. We're always available and more than happy to help! Have a magical day!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
