Hi, if I have a park reservation for MK and a ticket for MVMCP on the same day. Can I rent a locker for the day in the morning and use it until the party ends at midnight? Or do I have to empty it at 6 and rent a second locker when the party starts? Thanks

Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer! How festive and fun to plan a Walt Disney World Resort visit during the happiest season of all. The holidays offer so many jolly activities at the theme parks, with Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party being the holly berry on top. Let's talk about locker rentals so you can enjoy your day unencumbered.

I chatted with an appropriately named Cast Member, Angelica, who said you can rent a locker at Magic Kingdom Park earlier in the day if you have regular theme park admission and a Theme Park Reservation

According to Angelica, once the party starts, typically around 7:00 p.m., you can leave your items in the same locker at no additional fee. You can open and close your locker as often as needed during the day. I love having that space to store any items I purchase or for that extra layer after the sun goes down.

Be sure to retrieve your items when you leave the park, and be advised that lockers become inaccessible about one hour after Magic Kingdom Park closes. So, if the Christmas party ends at midnight, you must get your items from your locker before 1:00 a.m.

And please remember that Resort Transportation also stops running about an hour after the party ends, so don't turn into a pumpkin...or anything pumpkin-spiced!

Jennifer, I'm waving my magic wand so you'll have a merry time on your visit later this year. And I hope you make some magical memories at the holiday party. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
