Can you access the pool before check in time?

    Hiya Lindsey,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your pool and resort amenities question! I absolutely love how each resort pool has its own unique theme and personality. Depending on where you are staying, you may even find a waterslide, which is always a huge hit with my little Mouseketeers!

So Lindsey, let’s dive right into your question! The good news is that you can still enjoy the resort amenities, including the pool, on both your check-in and check-out days. I love this because it gives you a little extra time to enjoy the resort, whether you’re waiting for your room to be ready or just not quite ready for the vacation to end yet.  Just keep in mind that check-in begins at 3:00 PM for resorts and 4:00 PM for Deluxe Villas, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

You can also complete Online Check-In right through the My Disney Experience app, which makes arrival so easy. Once your room is ready, you can use the app or your MagicBand to unlock your door and head straight to your room.

Lindsey, I hope this helps make your arrival day feel a little more relaxed. If you have any additional questions, please visit us again.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
