Hi! Am i able to pre-book Minnie van service to and from the airport? I don’t see that option on the lyft app. Thank you!

    Hi Shannon!

Thanks for bringing another question our way. I'm happy to assist as you prepare for your weekend visit.

Minnie Van Service is a fabulous way to get around Walt Disney World Resort with a bit of added polka-dotted flair. I've used it to travel between Disney's BoardWalk Villas and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and it saved me a lot of time navigating bus transfers. Our driver was so friendly, and the experience definitely came with a healthy dose of Disney magic that guests have come to cherish.

I reached out to a Cast Member who confirmed that as of August 13, 2025, Minnie Van Service is available between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Deluxe Resorts and Deluxe Villas. This service is currently priced at $199 each way, and vans can accommodate up to six guests. Minnie Vans also includes two complimentary car seats if you will be traveling with little ones.

I did a test run in the Lyft app just now, and also couldn't find a way to pre-book Minnie Van service between MCO and a Deluxe Resort. But not to worry! While you can reserve this via the app on your date of travel (subject to availability), there appears to be another option. According to this page, you can call to book your airport transportation up to 60 days ahead of your stay (and at least 2 days before). I'm hoping you can get all your travel logistics neat and pretty ahead of your arrival.

Once you've arrived and unpacked, make some time to visit EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. I'm heading down with my daughter before the festival wraps up, and we can't wait to immerse ourselves in the artful food (the Tea Treat from Fictional Victuals is calling my name) and all the live entertainment.

Shannon, I hope this helped. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know. We're always here to go the extra mile to help guests have a magical visit.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
