About Me

To all who come to this happy place, welcome! I'm Kristi, a Mouseketeer mom of three boys and I'm delighted to serve as one of your fairy godmothers here at the planDisney Panel!  My husband and I may be raising our family in Maryland, but a piece of my heart is always at the Walt Disney World Resort.  I've worked for two decades in public education as a teacher, administrator, and in Human Resources.  In my day-to-day life, I believe in sharing with others that everything is possible - even the impossible! A planner and organizer by nature, I love planning Disney Parks vacations with an eye for maximizing our time and budget without sacrificing any of the magic.

About My Family

Like Carl and Ellie, my husband and I met when we were just kids. We grew up as neighbors before getting married and embarking on our greatest adventure - raising our boys.  Our family is constantly on-the-go, juggling busy work, school, and sports schedules.  As such, we aim to strike a balance of the busy rope drop to fireworks days in the parks with relaxing downtime at our resort to create a vacation that is practically perfect in every way.  I have loved making magical Disney memories over the years and, with our boys ranging in age from toddler to teenager, I know we'll have many more jolly holidays ahead!

About My Disney Experience

My love of Walt Disney World Resort dates all the way back to 1989 when I took my first trip at just five years old.  One of my fondest memories from that first trip was soaring high above Fantasyland on Dumbo the Flying Elephant with my grandmother.  Now as a mom, it's so special to go back year after year to create new core memories and enjoy the parks through their eyes.  While my sentimental heart has a special place for the classics, I always like to plan a Disney Parks vacation that gives our family new experiences.  Whether I'm racing into Orlando for a runDisney weekend, setting sail on a Disney Cruise Line adventure, or planning our next Walt Disney World Resort vacation for the family, there is always something new to experience.
