We have a 12 yr old, a 2 yr old, and a 3 month old. If we take the kids home for a nap then a swim, could the re-admission stamp wash off and would we be refused re-admission?

Disney has not used a hand stamp at the parks for several years. Now all you need for park reentry is your admission ticket. Simply scan it again at the entrance turnstile. The computers will keep track of your entry status. With a base admission ticket you can leave and reenter any single theme park as many times in a day as you need to. With a Park Hopper ticket, you can leave and reenter any of the four theme parks as many times a day as you need to.

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World.
