Our 5 yr old wants to do BBB. Problem is she tends to be shy. What happens if we book the time, get there and she refuses to go through with it? Are we out what ever money we paid upfront? Or if you pay after do we still get charged if she backs out?

Hi Patty!   I think it might be the pixie-dust in the air, but I have seen even the most timid child I know come out of their shell when they see all that Walt Disney World has to offer.  Like yourself I have a little one who loves to hang on tight to my leg whenever he encounters a new situation, so I can understand your concern.

I have recently been in contact with cast members from  both the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and the Pirates League experiences.  They have assured me that once a child actually gets to see all the fun that awaits during the makeover they gladly transform into swashbuckling pirates, and royal princesses.   If for some reason your little one is still a bit shy after watching for a few minutes you can easily explain your situation to a cast member and they would be glad to help in any way they can.

I hope you have a terrific vacation with your little girl, she will be grown and off to the ball before you know it.

    Have a Bibbidi Beautiful Day,

    ~Jen
