Ahoy, Suzi!
I'm so excited that you'll be aboard the newly re-imagined
Disney Wonder in just a few days to enjoy a
Very Merrytime Cruise with your son! I just know it will be a magical vacation for the two of you.
The
Glass Bottom Boat and Snorkel looks like the perfect way to explore the marine life that is located off the shore of Costa Maya. Snorkeling equipment will be provided and different sizes will be offered for children and adults.
There will be so much to experience on board the Disney Wonder that you'll want to pay close to attention to the cruise newsletter each day, the Personal Navigator and the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you haven't already, I suggest downloading this app now so you can take advantage of having all the ship's happenings at your fingertips. It is free and can be used on Apple and Android devices. I was just on a Very Merrytime Cruise last week and would recommend attending Mickey's Tree Lighting Magic, Santa's Winter Wonderland Ball and the Deck the Deck Holiday Party! I also enjoyed the Gingerbread House Making which is a special ticketed event, but with no charge. Tickets are first-come, first-served and can be picked up at the Port Adventures Desk on the day of embarkation.
And one final tip, don't miss the opportunity to have your picture made with the characters in their festive holiday attire! Mickey was so adorable in both his holiday looks as was the rest of the crew.
Bon Voyage, Suzi! Have a "Wonder"ful time!
Nancy
