    Just me & my 14 yr old son. Both on bigger side & trying to eat healthier. Dine plan has 1 quick serve & 1 sit down meal per day. Wondering if there is a grocery store on site or short cab ride away from property to buy fruit for mornings/snack

    Hi, Derek!  You don't mention where you are staying, but the food courts at the resorts will have some grab and go type of fruit available, as well as fruit salad, so you can grab an apple or banana or something like that right from the food court.

    If you still want the taxi ride, there is a Goodings Supermarket right outside of Downtown Disney in the Crossroads shopping center, and a Publix just a mile away from there.  Also within a short taxi ride is a Super WalMart, where you can get fruit and other groceries as well.

    And, if you want the easiest grocery shopping trip ever, consider a service like Garden Grocer.  You can order in advance and have them deliver your food right to your resort.  You can choose your items online, and for a small fee (probably in the area of the cost of a taxi), they bring everything to you.
