We have 5 and 2 yr old. For rider swap when only 2 yr old can't ride, can 5 year old ride with each parent (2 times)?

Yes. The rider swap pass is good for up to three guests. You can tell your five year old that getting to go on a ride twice in a row is a reward for being a great older sibling :-)

Have a wonderful visit to WDW!
