Can a 1yr old ride the safari or is it too scary/bumpy?

Hi, Danielle!  A one year old can ride the safari, although it is quite a bumpy ride.  I have taken all of my girls on the ride - the youngest two at around a year old - and with them on my lap and me holding them, it wasn't too bad for them.

There isn't really anything scary on the safari ride.  It's a beautiful ride through the savannah, where you will see all of the wonderful animals that Disney's Animal Kingdom has to offer.  There is a storyline with the ride, about poachers, but it is definitely minimal compared to the leisurely ride to see the animals.

None of my girls have been afraid at all during the ride, and as long as the baby is comfortably seated on your lap, I would think you would be okay to ride the safari.

    Have a great time!
