We have a 2 yr. old that needs bed rails. Do we have to request the bed rails ahead of time?

    Hello Gladys,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question today!  Bed rails are available upon request at Disney Resort hotels.  I've used them on a number of occasions for my own sons and they worked like a charm.

I've always had good luck requesting bed rails at the front desk when I check in, but I have heard that they do run out on occasion.  For that reason, you may want to call (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639) in advance to have your request for bed rails noted on your reservation.  When you check in, just mention the request again to the Cast Member.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Gladys!  Please let us know if we can help answer any other questions as you finalize your plans.
