For an 80 yr old that would like to only see the electric parade one evening . Is there a separate ticket price offered for only that experience ?

Why hello there Sylvia, I'd like to wish you a warm welcome to planDisney!

It's always so wonderful to be able to connect with folks who have been able to see Disneyland Resort change and grow as we look back on the past 100 Years of The Walt Disney Company. I can't imagine what it must've been like to grow up at a time just after the release of classics like Snow White, Pinocchio and Bambi and even witness the opening of Disneyland Park as it made headlines around the world!

The beloved Main Street Electrical Parade enjoyed a storied run since its inception half a century ago but it has since ended its performances with only a temporary return in celebration of its 50th Anniversary of creating nighttime magic last year. Today, its legacy lives on in the form of the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade where some familiar sights and sounds can be seen; in fact it almost seems as though Tokyo Disney Resort exists as a way to revisit some of the long-gone favorites from our Disney childhoods! (Personally, I just can't seem to shake that soundtrack from my mind every time I think back to this parade - it's so ingrained in my memory!)

Now while a Disney Destination like Tokyo Disney Resort provides ticket options like an Early Evening or Weeknight Passport that offers guests the ability to pay a lower price to arrive later in the day to enjoy nighttime spectaculars, there isn't currently any kind of ticket offering over here at Disneyland Resort like it. The closest thing that we have to enjoy at the present time are special Disneyland After Dark events that take place throughout the year where folks and families alike can venture out for after-hours festivities and perhaps witness some familiar faces or experiences from the past making their way down Main Street!

I hope that this helps, Sylvia; now you might be a seasoned Disney pro yourself but I highly recommend checking out the latest episode of the planDisney Podcast where our very own experts Al and Tishra discuss everything that you can currently expect ahead of your next Disneyland Resort adventure.

Here's to experiencing the magic for dreamers of all ages at the Happiest Place on Earth!
