Hello! Have a 17yr old daughter, going to Disney September 29-Oct 3. Tried desperately to get FANTASMIC! package, no such luck. She is extremely claustrophobic. Anyway for me to buy us tickets to FANTASMIC! or talk to CM about entry? Want her 2 see show!!!

    Blair,

I think that you should be able to get some help from the Disney cast members related to this show. I assume that the claustrophobia problem relates to standing in a packed line area?

Regardless, what I would suggest is that you visit the Guest Services office of the Hollywood Studios when you arrive to ask what assistance they can provide. It is located just inside the gates of the park, to your left. If you have multiple adults in your party they may ask that one of you waits in line for the rest of the family, saving room for the rest when they are seated. They may able be able to get you a special pass that lets you avoid waiting in line.

By the way, don't worry so much about not having gotten the Fantasmic! Dinner Package, as you would still have had to wait in line, and the seats are not necessarily the best ones for the show!

    Good luck!

    Have a magical vacation!
