Does my 6yr old child need a ticket purchase

    Hello Victoria!

Welcome to planDisney! My pals and I love helping Guests with their upcoming trips to Walt Disney World Resort. It’s truly an honor to be a part of something that means so much to so many.

I see you’re taking a Mouseketeer with you on your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Guests ages 3 and older are required to have a valid theme park ticket to enter Walt Disney World theme parks, so a six-year-old will definitely need their very own ticket. My son was so proud to have his Key to the World Card; he absolutely loved scanning himself in, and it made him feel so special. Don't forget to add your little one to your dining reservations so restaurants can assist your entire party. I see you're a Florida Resident. Be sure to check out the special prices on theme park tickets available to Florida Residents only.

Six is a magical age for Walt Disney World! Be sure to check out Magic Kingdom Park, my sons both love the Happily Ever After fireworks. If your little one is sensitive to loud sounds, bring ear protection. My boys know the show by heart; it's one of our favorite experiences. You'll also want to ride Slinky Dog Dash at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's my youngest's favorite, and he's convinced we're actually toys when we're there!

Victoria, I hope this information has helped and that you have an incredible time on your trip! Please come back and see me anytime.

    Your personal planning companion,
