    Where should I take 10 yr Nephew for a Character Breakfast? First time for him at Disney and we are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

    Hi, Ann!  There are quite a few character breakfasts you might enjoy with  your nephew.  I checked with my own expert team of 11 year olds, and the first one they recommend is 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort.  You can usually find Stitch and Mickey there, among the characters; and the meal is a preplated, all you care to eat breakfast that includes Mickey waffles, eggs, breakfast meats and potatoes, and delicious breads.



    Another one they really enjoyed is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in Disney's Animal Kingdom.  This buffet features all of your breakfast favorites, plus some things that have a decidedly African flavor.  You will usually find Donald and Goofy there among the characters in the morning.



    One of the most popular character breakfasts also gets a nod from my panel of experts.  Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort is a buffet that offers a huge variety of breakfast fare, plus you'll usually see Mickey and Goofy there, along with some of their friends.



    Characters are subject to change without notice, but many of these characters have been at these restaurants for quite some time.  That may help you with planning.
