You've always been my dining guru! I'm confused about the Wishes dessert party. We've attended in the past, but never seen different times listed for making reservations. How does it work now, different groups at different times?

    Kim,

Thanks for the praise! You must know that the dining questions are always the most fun to answer!

I think that what you are seeing on the site, meaning the different reservation times, is just an issue with the reservation system. Basically I would select whatever time is for 1 hour before Wishes that evening, and you should be fine. The fact is, you get a reserved table with your name on it, and the only real way that there are multiple "seatings" for this event is if Wishes was showing more than once that evening.

I would suggest that you arrive on time, as most of the fun of that party is getting there well before the fireworks, enjoying the spread of desserts, lounging around, and watching the crowds gather. It is really great people watching. Also, don't neglect mingling around with the other guests. It is always nice to meet some of the other attendees!

I hope this has answered your question? If not write me back and I can dig deeper!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
