If you're an annual pass holder, can you still do a magic your way package?

Hi, Lindsay! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Typically, Magic Your Way packages include a Resort hotel room and tickets, with an optional Disney dining plan. As an Annual Passholder, you do not necessarily require tickets with your room reservation, but you can still put together your own version of a package by adding your choice of Disney dining plan. While you can take advantage of the great Annual Passholder discounts offered, any dining plan you add on to your reservation will be full-price. Also, you will not be able to take advantage of that famous of all Disney discounts - the Free Dining promotion. I will say that in my personal experience, the Annual Passholder packages with dining plan that I put together for our family still gave us a better discount than the Free Dining promotion!

Please feel free to stop by again with any questions you have while planning your trip. Have a magical day, Lindsay!

Meet the Panelist: Brandy, South Carolina

Hi, I'm Brandy, a speech pathologist and busy driver of daughters to marching band and dance events. My Annual Pass is used often to check out new Disney must-dos and resort changes. I enjoy giving advice about itinerary and FastPass+ planning, Epcot's fantastic festivals, Memory Maker, and transportation at the Resort. The time I spend at Walt Disney World Resort is distinctive because it is the one place I can forget other responsibilities and focus on having the time of my life with my family!
