My youngest has a severe peanut allergy. My friend told me when she was at Disney recently with her multiple allergic children, that the restaurants went out of their way to bring them Divvies cookies (nut free). How can I make sure my son gets them?

Disney works very hard to accommodate guests with food-related issues, helping give them the best possible vacation experience. For general tips on dealing with allergies, click HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.

As to your specific question, prepackaged Divvies cookies are now available for sale in many of the regular shops at WDW. Earlier this year, I saw them right near the regular cookies in the gift shop at Port Orleans French Quarter. I have also heard reports that they are sold in the Magic Kingdom at the Main Street Bake Shop, at Epcot in the France and Norway pavilions, and at other locations at WDW. If you would like to have Divvies available at a specific restaurant, you should call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE and have them make a note on your file. They can also transfer you to the executive chefs at each park who can give you up-to-date information on where to find peanut-free snacks at WDW.
