Are there Yoga classes at Disney World?

    ChEARs Margaret,

I think it's such a smart idea to start your Disney days with a yoga session. Saluting the sun will rejuvenate and prepare you for a fun-filled day at the Parks!

You have a multitude of options where to relax and rejuvenate. Sunrise Yoga sessions are Monday and Wednesday at 7 a.m. near the Congress Park Pool at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Disney's Wilderness Lodge offers yoga Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. You gather at the Boulder Ridge Cove Pool Deck rain or shine! Disney's All-Star Movies Resort hosts asana on Fridays at 8:15 a.m. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 a.m. yoga is held at Disney's Contemporary Resort, while it is at 8:30 a.m. at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

You can relax and unwind on the Village Green at Disney's BoardWalk Inn Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:15 a.m. At Disney's Coronado Springs Resort you can choose yoga at 7:00 a.m. on Monday and Friday, or Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. You also can attend a Pilates class on Tuesday mornings at 7:00. Finally, you can unwind on the beach at Disney's Beach Club Resort each Friday at 7:00 a.m.

Mats and towels are complimentary at all sessions. The instructor-led courses are limited to 20 guests, so please check the current activity of the Resort as activities are subject to change.

I wish you a centered vacation. Namaste.
