    Years have passed since we were at Disney World due to unforeseen circumstances. We had to shorten vacation due to a death in the family and were assured that our tickets would never expire. When I try to link them it says they are not valid, please help

    Welcome to planDisney and thank YOU for stopping by! I am truly sorry for your loss, and for having to shorten your trip to deal with such circumstances. I am happy to hear that you are planning your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and hope to help you along. If it has been quite a time since you have returned to the House of Mouse, there is plenty that will be different for you. In addition to a valid theme park ticket, you will need to create a Disney Park Pass Reservation. This will allow you to enter the park of your choice on the date selected. It is recommended to book your Disney Park Pass as early as possible, especially during peak times of the year. 

    Kyndra, at times, the My Disney Experience website/app has difficulty recognizing the previous coding on older tickets, or tickets that do not expire. You will need to contact a Cast Member at Guest Services in order to assist you in linking them to your account, and ensuring that they are active for your next vacation.
