    5 years ago we got a map showing all the attractions at each park of interest to 4 year old. Are such maps still available? It was so helpful.

I like to use the maps from the Walt Disney World Resort website to plan my family's itinerary, and it sounds like something that could be very useful to you, as well. You can use the filters at the top of the map to select thrill level, age interest, height, and more -- and even switch between parks from that same page.
