Hi there, Patricia! Thank you for bringing your great question here to planDisney.
I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a springtime visit to
Walt Disney World Resort! You've chosen a great time of year to visit, from being able to see all of the beautiful flowers to getting to enjoy the full bloom of entertainment, such as the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I'd love to help you plan your magical vacation!
Patricia, let's talk about your tickets! The great thing about theme park tickets is that the amount paid for most ticket types that are
unused or expired can be applied toward a new ticket. However, if your tickets were partially used or if your tickets were purchased prior to 2010, you will want to
call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. Be sure to have as much information about the tickets as you can! Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents and they will be happy to help you with the next steps that are available to you.
Once you have all of your tickets ready to go, you'll want to make sure that you
link them to your
My Disney Experience account. And don't forget to make your
theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Patricia. If you have any other questions, please visit us again!
You've got a friend in me!
