Hi, Erin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with this delicious question! I remember the Pistachio Crème Brulee you speak of and can certainly understand how your daughter went nuts for it! It was a rich, creamy dessert with just enough crunch provided by the sprinkling of pistachios and hard sugar top. I am sorry to say that this dessert has rolled off
Tony's Town Square Restaurant menu. At one time, Crème Brulee was the "dessert of the moment" and there were lots of dining locations that shared the love, such as the Maple Crème Brulee at Epcot's Le Cellier Steakhouse.
I did a bit of research for you and found the recipe for your daughter's favorite dessert. A quick web search for "Disney Food Blog Pistachio Crème Brulee" will yield a quick how-to on this delicious ending to your meal. I have made a simple crème brulee many times and found it to be really easy, and even managed to not torch the whole kitchen! Haha!
If it is the taste of pistachios that your daughter craves, I can share my favorite location that features them to check out during your upcoming vacation.
Vivoli il Gelato at Disney Springs makes a Pistacchio Gelato that is worth a visit. While there, check to see if they can still make the Cannoli Shake, which is made with their cannoli gelato with a pistachio-crusted waffle cone dunked in it for good measure. You can even ask them for a good sprinkling of crushed pistachios. I am sure they could substitute the Pistacchio Gelato in the shake if you ask.
I am sorry I did not have better news for you, but hopefully one of these ideas brings a little pixie dust to your daughter's day!
