Ahoy, Lindsay!
Welcome to planDisney! I love that I can feel the excitement in your question. You and your mom are going to have a memorable and magical start to May on the beautiful
Disney Fantasy. May is one of my favorite times to sail, and you've chosen the perfect length for your first voyage. Since this is an adult-only sailing for you two, I hope you'll find time to enjoy the live music, a speciality coffee in
Cove Café, and some nightly fun in
The Tube! Those are always on my must-do list, so I hope you and your mom will enjoy them as well.
To stay up to date with all the ship's activities, including the current movie list, you'll want to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app during your 5-night vacation. The movie schedule is always subject to change, so you'll want to double-check this list in the app once aboard. Here are the current
first-run movie offerings in the
Buena Vista Theatre: Avatar: Fire and Ash, Elio, Fantastic Four: First Steps, Zootopia 2, TRON: Aries, Lilo & Stitch (live-action), Freakier Friday, Moana 2, and Hoppers.
Lindsay, thank you again for reaching out with your question. I hope this sailing will be the first of many with Disney Cruise Line. If you are interested in cruising again, I recommend booking a
placeholder sailing that can be used within 24 months of the date booked. You can easily do this in the app during your sailing with a refundable deposit, and a 10% discount will apply to that future cruise once you select the date (some blackout dates and categories are excluded). I always find it a little easier to disembark with a placeholder or future sailing secured.
Please let us know if we can assist you and your mom further, Lindsay! We are excited for your adventure with Disney Cruise Line in May. Here's to beautiful weather and smooth seas!
Nancy
