My 10-year-old daughter and I are staying at the Saratoga Springs resort for the first time this September. I would LOVE to get some spa time for a couple of hours. Are there supervised activities at the resort for kids her age?

There are no drop-off activities for children at Saratoga Springs. There are childcare centers that are open in the late afternoons and evenings at many of the deluxe resorts. Guest of any of the Disney hotels may use these facilities. You could drop her there for several hours while you have a spa treatment and pick her up later. Reservations can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

Perhaps a better idea would be to get your daughter some spa treatments of her own. You would win some points for being the coolest mom on earth. I'm looking at the Saratoga Springs Spa brochure that lists a menu of choices "For Our Youngest Guests," girls ages 4-12. You can choose "My First Facial," "My First Manicure," "My First Pedicure," or "My First Massage." These services may be purchased individually or as a package. There are also Mother/Daughter packages available. To schedule an appointment or inquire about pricing, you can call the Spa at 407-827-4455. If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you should inquire about discounted DVC pricing.

Hope you have a relaxing vacation!
