Hi there, Shum! Thank you very much for your question. I'm so happy to help your sweet little princess try to have her happily ever after
Walt Disney World vacation.
In all of my travels, I have never encountered a vacation destination that seems to spend so much time and put in so much effort into making sure guests with
special dietary requests get to enjoy the dining experiences that Walt Disney World has become so famous for. Accommodations can be made for specific allergies, such as peanuts, eggs, lactose, and soy; or if there are multiple allergy issues or metabolic disorders causing food sensitivities, the culinary team can work with you to determine the best options for your daughter.
You will find that pretty much any of the quick service locations can provide meals for virtually any allergy situation, and the table service restaurants - even the buffets - can guide you through the menu and offer suggestions as to meals that would be the safest for your daughter to enjoy.
There is also no rule preventing you from bringing your own food into the theme parks. In the event that you would feel safer doing that, you are welcome to. I do know many families with kids with allergies who carry at least a snack or two with them.
I hope you don't let your daughter's allergies stop you from making this magical trip. Reach out to special.diets@disneyworld.com and let them guide you through the path to the most magical meals on earth!
