    This will be a 4th year at the Polynesian. We always get a gardenview room. Last time we got the perfect room. We are going back again in June. I asked for that exact room # again. What are my chances of getting that room again?Any help on that?

    There are three basic steps you need to do to maximize your chances of getting that room. They are, in chronological order;

    1. Make the detailed request when making your initial reservations. Of course they will tell you that they cannot guarantee anything at that time, but you get your request in there in the system, and often the requests are granted based on order of when placed.
    2. 10 days before arriving at Walt Disney World, call the resort directly and ask them to include the specific request again in your reservation. Don't call more than 10 days out, as they won't have your information in their system until then.
    3. Do the online check-in system. Make the request, yet again, if it allows it.
    Now you understand they may not be able to honor it, as someone may have been in the room for a few days before your arrival. But the odds of you getting that room if it was available on your arrival day will be greatly increased.
