Can 5 year olds swim in the shark reef. We will be visiting in April 2009 for my daughters 5th birthday and she loves sharks. Is she too young for this?

There is no age requirement for this attraction other than that children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. So, if you go with your daughter, she is welcome to enjoy this experience. Life vest may be borrowed free of charge. Snorkels and masks are also provided for free. When I went to Shark Reef earlier this year with my daughters, they had a bit of trouble mastering the whole breathing-with-snorkel thing. We were able to have them swim across wearing just wearing regular goggles. You can read more about this HERE.
