we have 2 year old twins and a five year old. we have done other theme parks in the past, but not the Disney family parks. I was wondering if the side by side or the tandem would be better suited for the parks? animal kingdom, disney, epcot.

    Hi there Edwin,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As a mom of four children including a set of twin boys, I have used every stroller combination imaginable when visiting Walt Disney World Resort.

Although I did use our tandem stroller when the twins were little, I found they preferred the side by side (double) stroller or two single strollers by age 2. To be honest, the side by side (double) stroller can be a little more challenging to maneuver in heavy crowds; however, we found the children had a much easier time viewing the parades and nighttime firework displays in the side by side stroller. I also found the child in the back of the tandem stroller got very frustrated at times. Based on my own personal experience, I recommend a side by side (double) stroller over the tandem for two-year-old twins.

I hope this information has been helpful in making the best decision for your family. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out again. Best wishes for a magical trip, Edwin!

    Happy Travels,
