My 4 year old twins are extremely picky eaters. We will be dining via the disney dining plan. I see french fries are available upon request....Will I be charged extra if I request an order of fries or can it be a substitution on the table service menu?

Hi Jennifer! I have an extremely picky eater of my own, and you can bet when he has the option of choosing french fries over fruit or vegetables, that's what he orders. While the kids' menus at Disney World all have healthy options like applesauce or carrot sticks and milk, children also generally have the option of choosing french fries or soda. I've never encountered an extra charge when my children choose those items.  Also, if your picky eaters don't see their favorite foods on a particular restaurant's menu, don't be afraid to ask if there are other options. Disney is very accommodating of picky eaters -- my son has been able to order a grilled cheese sandwich at most restaurants, even though it's not always on the menu.
