Thanks for sailing by with your question. You and your family will have such a marvelous time on your Disney Cruise Line vacation, which will be here before you know it.

I have great news for your daughter! Though Vibe is geared to ages 14 - 17, 13-year-olds may participate with a signed consent form from a guardian after discussing options with counselors onboard. Your daughter can also visit Edge in case she finds it to be a better fit. While it is recommended for teens to stay in the same venue for the entire sailing, this will allow your daughter to decide which space meets her needs best. I recommend visiting on embarkation day and chatting with the counselors.

Be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on a mobile device so your daughter can keep up with the fun offerings for Vibe and Edge during your cruise. The counselors hold events and activities throughout the ship even into the late evenings. I hope she enjoys her time onboard!
