We have a 16,12and9 year old at that time.We are trying to decide between Boulder Ridge,Copper Creek, Beach Club orBay Lake with our DVC points.Older two will have some freedom to explore on their own.Youngest is most concerned with the pool.Where to Stay?

    Hi, Nicole!

Decisions! Disney Vacation Club makes it so hard to choose which of the fabulous resorts to stay in.

Thinking only about the best pool or convenient independence, I'd go with either Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort or Disney's Beach Club Villas. Bay Lake Tower is walkable to the Magic Kingdom and convenient to the monorail and transportation to the other parks and resorts.

On the other hand, Disney's Beach Club Villas has the absolute best pool area at Walt Disney World. Stormalong Bay is three full acres of splashtacular fun, featuring a water slide and lazy river. It's amazing.

This is not to discount the pool area at Bay Lake Tower, which is pretty fantastic. And transportation from Disney's Beach Club Villas will get the older kids where they want to go. Plus, they can walk to Epcot from the Beach Club Villas.

You can't go wrong with any of your choices, and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge may be my absolute favorite of the DVC resorts. But considering only your top two priorities, I think I'd go with either Bay Lake Tower or the Beach Club. Split stay, maybe?

    Thank you for your question!
