with a 3-year old, which resort?? The AKL or Contemporary?

Hi, Janis!  I really love both resorts, but there are some pros to each that you might want to consider when making your final decision.

My girls - ages three to 17 - love Animal Kingdom Lodge.  We really get excited to see the animals in the savannah, and there are usually some sorts of children's activities that they can take part in during the day.  They have enjoyed the parade around the lobby from the gift shop at night, and they love he African story tellers.

The Contemporary has the convenience of the monorail, which is great for getting to the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.   You can also walk from the Contemporary resort to the Magic Kingdom.  With a room that has the Magic Kingdom view, you can enjoy the fireworks every night, even if your little one is too tired to stay at the theme park.

If I had to choose one, for our family, Animal Kingdom would win, hands down, every time.

Have a great trip, whichever resort you decide to enjoy!
