    can a 16 year old pick up disneyland tickets if she has a florida id and the card that was used

    Hi, Alexis! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    It sounds like your teenager is looking forward to a fun day at the Disney Parks! If a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort theme park ticket is purchased online using a credit card, only the Guest whose name is on the credit card and the corresponding photo ID will be allowed to pick up the tickets at Will Call. Also, if you have purchased Walt Disney World Florida Resident park tickets for your daughter, she will need a parent or guardian age 18 or older with a valid Florida ID to accompany her to the ticket window. 

    One suggestion would be to go with her to the new Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs before her trip, and they can assist you with your Walt Disney World Will Call Tickets.
