Can a 17 year old pass as a kid on the character dining menus?

For pricing purposes, Disney categorizes children as guests from 3 to 9 years of age. Any guest age 10 and over is considered an adult for restaurant pricing. It is highly unlikely that a 17 year old could "pass" as a 3 to 9 year old.
