Does a 2 year old need a passport for Disney cruise to Bahamas?

    Hi Chadd,

Welcome aboard planDisney! How exciting to have a little one in your crew for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation!

Your young sailor does not need a passport for your cruise to the Bahamas. You will need to present a state-issued birth certificate for the online check-in and when you check-in at the port terminal for your cruise. Hopefully, this makes your travel preparations a breeze!

If you plan for your child to enjoy "it's a small world" nursery!, I recommend reserving space before your cruise under the Already Booked tab by following the Book / Manage Cruise Activities link on the Disney Cruise Line website. Reservations are also available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout your cruise.

As you count down the days until you sail, be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The app will be your go-to tool for making the most of your vacation. Once you board the ship, you will find Open House hours for "it's a small world" nursery!, your Rotational Dining schedule, onboard activities, helpful information about your itinerary, and more.

If you have other questions, Chadd, please let us know; we are here to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
