Hiya Ivan,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited you are planning a magical vacation with your little one. I’m a little biased, but
Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place for Mouseketeers of all ages! My daughter is almost 15 months old and has already been to the Most Magical Place on Earth 2 times (soon to be 3).
One of the reasons I’ve been able to convince my husband to visit Walt Disney World Resort so often this year is because Mouseketeers under the age of three years old can visit the Theme Parks for free. Since you have already purchased your Theme Park ticket, you will need to speak to a Cast Member for help with the ticket. If you bought your tickets online, your confirmation email should have a phone number to call to talk to a Cast Member before arrival. If not, you can also do this in person at
Disney Springs’ Guest Services or any ticket counter at the Theme Parks. Explain what happened, and they can help provide you with options for proceeding. Keep in mind, Ivan, that Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable, but they may be able to help you apply the value of that ticket to a future visit.
I hope this was helpful, Ivan. As you continue preparing for your little one’s first visit, don’t forget to pick up a First Visit Celebration button at Guest Services for your Mouseketeer. It makes a great complimentary keepsake from your visit and lets Cast Members know how special this visit is. Please come back and see
us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
