My 8 year old grandson would like to eat at The Rainforest Cafe in Animal Kingdom and then go to the Lion King show. Is the Rainforest part of the Disney dining plan or will I have to pay for that separately? I dont see it on the list.

While there are two Rainforest Cafes located at Disney World (on in Downtown Disney and one at the Animal Kingdom), these restaurants are not actually owned by Disney and thus do not participate in the Disney Dining Plan. You are welcome to dine at a Rainforest Cafe, but you will need to pay with money (cash, credit card, etc.) rather than with Dining Plan credits.

Have a great time with your grandson!
