    My 8 year old granddaughter wants to go to the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and have a makeover before we attend the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in October. Do you know if the princess dresses go up to size 12? She wants to be dressed as Belle.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   We are thrilled you stopped by to ask a question about dress sizes at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.   I have experienced this amazing transformation with my daughter many times and it has always been a highlight of our trips.  I hope you have the most magical time possible. 

    From my experience I have found that the dresses did run a tad bit small.  My daughter is 9 years-old and can currently fit into a Large which is labeled as a 10/12.  She usually wears around a size 8.   An XL dress is labeled as a size 14/16.  I encourage you to check out your local Disney Store if you have one available.   Sizes run very similar to the dresses you will find in the stores. You could try one on in the store and see what size would be most appropriate.   If you don't think one will fit your granddaughter you could always order a dress off of etsy or e-bay that is made especially for her.   You can always bring your own outfits with you to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  I often will purchase dresses at the Disney Store when they go on sale and bring them with me for my daughter to change into once we arrive for her makeover.
