I will have 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 year old girls with me this January, when we travle. I never use strollers at home anymore, so I am looking for advice about using or renting one while at the parks. This is my family's first time there, and I need advice!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Meredith! We're glad you're here! How exciting you will be visiting Walt Disney World for the first time in January!  This is a great question! As a mom of four children which includes a set of twin boys, I have tons of experience in traveling with strollers and now without. Based on my own personal experience, I would recommend bringing a lightweight single stroller for your three-year-old. I have always found that my children preferred to walk when they were around five-years-old. Because there is so much walking involved both inside and outside of the theme parks, I believe you will find that it can be very tiring for toddlers. The strollers that are available to rent at the theme parks cannot be taken outside of the park. I personally found it to be beneficial to bring a stroller from home so that we could use it around the resort, in the parks and throughout our entire vacation. We actually tried several strollers over the years, but my personal favorite was the Graco LiteRider Stroller, which collapsed easily and featured a canopy, large underneath storage basket, cup holder for child and parent and could recline for naps. I hope this information is helpful! Please don't hesitate to visit me again if I can be of further assistance. I would love to assist you in planning a magical first trip, Meredith!
