I have a 2 year old with Food Allergies and Celiac Disease. Any suggestions on where we will be able to find food for her in the parks/restaurants? Thanks!

Hey Colleen!  My best friend's son has Celiac's disease so I called her to confirm my answer for you, as she goes to Disney once to twice a year and has this whole food thing down!
Okay first of all, what she learned is that all of the restaurants at WDW use the same food vendor, and no matter what restaurant you choose, you can get a gluten free menu.  What she did is call the reservation number (407-WDW-DINE) and she asked for the food director's name and number/email.  After chatting with the food director, he emailed her a link where she could print out a complete gluten free menu.  In her words, "there is no place as accommodating for food allergies as WDW."
She stated also that when you make your ADRs, make sure you tell them you have a child with food allergies, and the chef from that restaurant will actually call you the week before your trip to see what foods your child likes!  She said her son actually fell in love with WDW's chicken nuggets and she has now found a way to get them here in Atlanta!  But don't worry about where you choose to dine, as according to her you will not have one problem getting food appropriate for your two year old.
Thanks so much for coming to the Mom's Panel and I hope you have a very magical WDW vacation.
