Welcome, Tarah!
What a wonderful way to celebrate your daughter's birthday a bit early, with a trip to the
Disneyland Resort! I loved taking full advantage of children under three being free in the parks when my kids were little. It sure saved a lot of money and allowed us to visit more often. So, this is perfect timing for you to take your daughter before she will be required to have an
admission ticket.
You shouldn't need anything to prove her age, but I do remember thinking the same thing when my older-looking and well spoken kids were two years old. I felt like people would think they were older than they were, so I did bring copies of their birth certificates just in case, but never needed to show them. If it makes you feel better, bring it along! You certainly don't want that worry hanging over you as you are entering the Happiest Place on Earth, Tarah, but most likely you'll not need that at all.
There are so many exciting adventures awaiting your young princess at
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure, I am so excited for you to experience it all! I still have this vivid memory of my daughter at two years old riding
Dumbo the Flying Elephant for the very first time, the biggest smile on her face! It's a memory I'll always treasure, and you're in for many of these magical memories too!
Have so much fun planning and enjoy every moment!
