My 5 year old daughter will be using the plan with us and my question is this: for quick service places, does it have to state “kids meal”? Only reason I ask is because some of the MK has places without kids meal. Can she still order there?

Hi Ashley!  Thank you for bringing another great question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

When using a Disney Dining Plan, children ages 3 to 9 are required to order from a kids' menu, if a kids' menu is available.

There are some dining locations, such as Casey's Corner and Golden Oak Outpost, that do not offer a kids' menu.  Since there is no kids' menu to choose from, your daughter may order whatever entree she would like.

Late January/early February is a wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World Resort.  I know by that time of year I personally am very weary of winter here in the Midwest.  Some fun in the sun is a welcome change.  It is always so refreshing to see green trees and colorful flowers instead of ugly grey slush!  Be sure to check out the Epcot International Festival of the Arts during your visit.  My son and I enjoyed it very much.

Have a wonderful trip, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions.  We are always happy to help.

    Enjoy!
