My 18 year old daughter has a small parasol that she got at Disneyland many years ago. When we we at Disneyland in August 2018, looking for a small one for my younger daughter, they only sold the big ones. Does WDW still sell the small ones?

Hi, Carrie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I checked on this for you this afternoon while I was at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, and I'm happy to report that there were two different sizes of personalized parasols available. The larger one measures 30 inches in diameter when opened fully, and the smaller one is 13 inches.

Referred to as the "large" and the "mini," these "Waterproof Basic Parasols" come with the recipient's name with hearts and flowers included in the base price, but you can add additional pictures for an extra charge.

My daughter used some of her birthday money to purchase her own dark pink parasol personalized with her name and flowers, heart-shaped balloons and a castle several years ago. She still loves to twirl it and use it as both an umbrella on rainy days and as a sun shield on extra sunny ones. I hope your younger daughter will be able to find one she treasures as much.

The two main places I've seen the personalized parasols available are in the France pavilion at Epcot (which is where we were today) and Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park. They also personalize a different style of umbrella near the China pavilion at Epcot as well.

    Best wishes, Carrie!
