Unfortunately, there aren’t any live dolphins currently at Disney World, but you can spot King Triton ride in on animated ones at the beginning of
The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure at
Hollywood Studios. However, if your daughter would like to mingle with some amazing underwater creatures, I’d suggest riding
The Seas with Nemo & Friends right into
SeaBase Aquarium. My favorite spot is the giant aquarium on the second floor, where you can find an incredible mix of sea turtles, fish, and even sharks! It’s a hidden gem for getting out of the sun and cooling off during the warmer months.
There’s lots to do with little ones here, like
Bruce’s Shark World play area, the practically perfect place for kids to get their wiggles out. And, the interactive show
Turtle Talk With Crush always has my nephew laughing. When you’re at SeaBase Aquarium, ask a Cast Member for a Finding Dory’s Friends scavenger hunt booklet. It’s a fun way for kids to explore the space, and it usually has some stickers inside, too!
And, if your daughter loves the water, don’t miss the nearby
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana trail. There are so many interactive features. My nephew could spend all day here!
