Welcome aboard, Amy! Disney Cruise Line's Youth Clubs are truly amazing places for kids of all ages to meet new friends and participate in some pretty cool activities!
Edge is the Tween Club onboard for ages 11-14, and I have a feeling your 12-year old son is going to love that space! While he can certainly go between there and Oceaneer Club and Lab, at his age, I bet he will have the most fun in Edge. Be sure he arrives for the Ice Breakers and the Profiles activities on the first night. That's when the kids and counselors get to know each other and plan the fun for the rest of the sailing together.
Unfortunately, your older son is not going to be able to visit Edge during regular programming hours with your younger son. At 15, he will have the time of his life, though, in the Teen Club,
Vibe! There he can hang out with other teens and take part if all sorts of fun planned and impromptu activities.
The good news is that there are various Open House hours throughout the sailing when the clubs are open for anyone to visit. Those would be great times for your older son to hang with his brother is Edge, or your younger son to check out the fun in Vibe with his big bro! Plus, at times, the two clubs have joint activities around the ship or on Castaway Cay. Last week, we were on Castaway Cay, and my daughter, who is in Edge had the chance to hang out with her Edge friends and the Vibe teens when both groups had scheduled activities together at the Teen Hideout on the island. That was a lot of fun for the whole group! Plus, besides the Youth Clubs, there are all sorts of family activities going on all day and night around the ship that your whole family can enjoy together! Everyone gets a vacation tailor made for them! Have a magical cruise, Amy!
